Description:Candidate with experience in modeling software/languages for problem analysis and simulations, sought to provide on-site technical SETA support.LOE required is 0.5 FTERequired QualificationsGraduate degree in related fieldsAbility to provide on-site support at DARPA at least 3 days a week or more, as requiredExpertise in program and/or project management to include demonstrated experience leading diverse technical teamsStrong communication skills, both written and oral, to include experience preparing technical papers and presentations, as well as providing technical briefings to senior leadersBackground in signal processing techniques, specifically in one or more of the following: track before detect algorithms, synthetic tracking, velocity-space search, estimation and multi-target tracking, infrared search and track (IRST), and multi-frame integrationExperience with modeling software/languages (e.g. -Matlab, Python) to support problem analysis and simulations Clearance: Minimum SECRET (TS or TS/SCI preferred)Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
