Would you like a fun, meaningful career where you can make a difference in the lives of adults? Blue Sky Inc. is seeking a Part-time Direct Support Professional to work with male adults with disabilities or mental health diagnoses in a residential home setting in Moorhead, MN.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; 4PM-8PM
In this position you will:
- Support the clients to succeed in everyday activities.
- Support positive strategies to improve behaviors and outcomes.
- Ensure the health and safety of the individuals served.
- Work in a great residential home setting, with ongoing training provided.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must Pass a Background Screening
- Valid Driver’s License
Compensation:
$18.00–$20.00 per hour for awake shifts (based on experience)
$11.41 per hour for asleep shifts
