Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential Setting
- Pay range is $18 - $20 per hour, awake hours DOE
- $11.41 per hour for sleep hours

Blue Sky, Inc. is seeking both full and part-time Direct Support Professionals to work with adults with disabilities or mental health diagnoses in a residential setting in Mahnomen, MN. In this position, you will:
- Support the clients to succeed in everyday activities.
- Support positive strategies to improve behaviors and outcomes.
- Ensure the health and safety of the individuals served.
- Work in a great residential home setting, with ongoing training provided.
Qualifications:
- Work every other weekend
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background screening.
