General Manager – Warwick Rittenhouse Square
A historic Philadelphia landmark is entering an exciting new chapter — and we are seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead it.
Located in the heart of iconic Rittenhouse Square, the 301-room Warwick Rittenhouse Square is a nearly 100-year-old “Grande Dame” hotel undergoing a major transformation as it evolves into a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property. The hotel features over 18,000 square feet of meeting and event space, multiple food & beverage outlets, and a residential component — creating a highly visible, complex, and high-touch operating environment.
This is not a maintenance GM role.
This is a transformational leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality executive who can:
- Lead through renovation and repositioning
- Elevate culture and accountability
- Drive operational excellence and guest experience
- Partner effectively with ownership, brand, union leadership, and residential stakeholders
- Build a high-performing leadership team
- Position the hotel as one of Philadelphia’s premier lifestyle destinations
The ideal candidate brings:
- Significant full-service hotel GM experience
- REQUIRED Marriott brand experience
- Experience leading unionized hotel environments
- Strong financial acumen, labor management, and operational discipline
- Experience with renovations, repositioning, or major transitions preferred
- Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial performance
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with multiple stakeholders
