Clinical Supervisor

- Location: Cockeysville, MD
- Annual Salary: $80-$100,000
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
- Licensure requirement: LCSW-C or LCPC and Board Approved Supervisor
- School calendar: 12-months
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct up to 5 Therapists through individual and group conferences in improving their diagnostic, treatment, and case management skills. May be required to carry a small caseload.
- Ensure the implementation of Treatment Plans and/or Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide guidance to staff to help them in understanding clients' needs/diagnoses and enhance service provision skills. Coordinate inter-disciplinary teams as appropriate, involving parents/guardians.
- Provide oversight to client related deadlines, including but not limited to treatment plans, IEPs, goal setting, client due date reports.
- Prepare written reports required by agency (progress reports, etc.).
- Provide direct clinical or related services to clients to include but not limited to individual, group, and family therapy.
- Provide/coordinate training on clinical or related service topics for staff trainings.
- Review and provide feedback on written reports for clinical or related service departments.
- Attend staff meetings, seminars, and professional conferences and serve as treatment team member. Attend team conferences and meetings.
