Blue Sky Decks, North Idaho’s award-winning luxury outdoor living contractor, is hiring a high-performance Neighborhood Outreach Representative to drive lead generation in targeted, high-value neighborhoods.
You are the first impression of our brand.
Quarterly on-target earnings between $20,000-$35,000 (that's $80,000 to $140,000 a YEAR!) with ability to earn more through uncapped bonuses!
This role rewards effort, consistency, and skill development. The more opportunities you create, the more you earn.
You will start conversations, create opportunities, and feed high-value projects into our pipeline. You are not closing deals, you are opening doors to them.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Neighborhood Outreach
- Conduct targeted neighborhood outreach (door knocking, flyering, and local engagement) in pre-qualified areas
- Initiate professional, confident conversations with homeowners
- Identify and qualify potential project opportunities
- Represent Blue Sky Decks with a polished, premium presence
Opportunity Qualification & Scheduling
- Ask strategic questions to determine homeowner interest, timeline, and project fit
- Schedule site visits for the sales and design team
- Accurately capture and communicate lead information
Brand Representation
- Act as the first impression of the company in the field
- Communicate the value and positioning of a high-end construction brand
- Maintain professionalism, clarity, and confidence in all interactions
Activity Tracking & Accountability
- Track daily outreach activity, conversations, and results
- Report performance metrics consistently
- Continuously refine approach based on feedback and results

Compensation & Benefits
- $30/hour base pay

Qualifications
