Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Services, the Behavior Analyst will provide supervision to RBT's, as well as developing programs and behavior intervention plans.
The Behavior Analyst will be available to provide services to children at our Autism Center in Jackson.
Starting pay for a newly certified BCBA, or with less than 2 years of experience as a BCBA, will be $75,000 annually. Salaries for experienced BCBAs will increase based on experience up to $82,500.
Qualifications:
- Masters, BCBA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must work successfully in both a team and individual setting
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively
Responsibilities:
- Put the needs of the individual served before all else
- Ensure all processes are ethical and follow policy guidelines
- Develop FBA and Behavior Support Plans
- Provide direct behavioral services
- Attend guardian, family, team and agency meetings as needed
- Develop procedures for crisis situations
- Provide support in crisis situations
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Conduct staff trainings
- Participate in agency quality review meetings and activities
- Conduct direct observation of program implementation
