Focus:
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to establish project scope, resources, and schedules.
- Develop and oversee project budgets and financial performance, including cost estimations and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and licensing requirements.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors, negotiating terms to ensure profitable and quality outcomes.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and leading project teams.
