Focus
- Keep bid stage activities organized by maintaining project records, timelines, and internal tracking tools
- Partner with estimating, operations, finance, and field leadership to keep pre-award work moving on schedule
- Help launch new opportunities by coordinating setup steps, document flow, and team access across internal systems
- Support outreach to trade partners, confirm participation, and assist with follow up communication during competitive bid efforts
- Assist with early stage contracting, invoice coordination, and file management so pursuits transition cleanly into active work
- Maintain a high standard of detail across estimates, correspondence, and compliance related documentation
- Use construction software and digital workflows to support bid management, subcontractor onboarding, and reporting needs
- Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and stay effective in a fast moving, deadline driven environment
Skill Set
- At least four years of experience in project support, construction coordination, or a related administrative function
- Strong organizational ability with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Careful attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
- Comfort working with internal systems, shared files, and process driven workflows
- Construction industry experience is strongly preferred
- Candidates who have worked with bid platforms, subcontractor networks, or construction billing tools will be especially well positioned for success
