Focus

• Lead the overall marketing strategy with an emphasis on measurable digital growth
• Guide paid media, search visibility, social engagement, and website performance
• Manage the external agency relationship, set priorities, and hold partners accountable to results
• Use analytics and channel data to improve conversion, lead quality, and campaign efficiency
• Strengthen brand visibility and customer acquisition through coordinated multi-channel programs
• Build scalable marketing processes, dashboards, and reporting rhythms
• Work alongside executive stakeholders to connect marketing strategies with the company’s long-term business priorities.
• Help evaluate long-term marketing resource needs, including future team expansion

Skill Set

• Demonstrated success leading marketing teams within fast-paced, results-oriented organizations.
• Strong command of PPC, SEO, social media, and digital campaign strategy
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting
• Ability to translate data into practical decisions and growth recommendations
• Experience managing outside agencies or vendors with clear accountability
• Strong communication skills, executive presence, and a bias toward execution
• Able to effectively manage long-term strategy while overseeing daily marketing operations and team direction.
• Familiarity with modern digital tools and evolving online marketing trends

Preferred Background

• Experience leading growth initiatives in an entrepreneurial or fast-moving business
• Track record of improving marketing performance through testing, analysis, and optimization
• Background building structure, process, or team capability within a developing marketing function
