What are the responsibilities and job description for the Distribution Center Manager position at Blue Signal Search?
We're partnering with a food/beverage company for on a Distribution Center Branch Manager opening. The DC Manager will help launch and lead a brand-new, 250,000 sq. ft. high-volume warehouse operation.

What You’ll Do
- Lead startup of a new distribution center (hiring, training, processes)
- Oversee a team of 9 direct reports and ~225 indirect associates
- Own P&L, KPIs, and overall site performance
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Drive safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Develop and implement SOPs and safety procedures
- Establish and optimize workflows, systems, and labor planning
- Ensure strong inventory accuracy and execution
What You Bring
- 7 years leading a distribution center or warehouse
- Experience launching or scaling operations preferred
- Proven ability to build teams and drive results
- Background in food or multi-temp environments is a plus
