Focus
- Provide executive operational leadership across multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and other operational leaders.
- Strengthen operational processes that improve consistency, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Build an engaged, high performing culture through coaching, accountability, and leadership development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and field leadership while ensuring exceptional project execution.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and operational planning.
- Monitor project performance, resource allocation, scheduling, and operational priorities across multiple active projects.
- Champion safety, quality, communication, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

- Extensive leadership experience within commercial construction operations.
- Demonstrated success overseeing multiple concurrent commercial construction projects and operational teams.
- Background leading Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership within a growing organization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship building skills.
