Focus
- Lead field operations across multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate manpower planning, labor allocation, and daily field activities to maximize productivity.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Review construction documents and organize field execution strategies.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Partner with project teams, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve field challenges and maintain strong working relationships.
- Drive accountability for safety, productivity, and schedule performance across multiple active jobs.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to field personnel while promoting a positive team culture.
- Communicate project progress, resource needs, and field updates to internal leadership.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
Skill Set
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent within commercial construction.
- Strong experience with commercial drywall and interior specialty contracting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success overseeing multiple concurrent commercial projects.
- Experience managing manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and quality control.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and organize project execution effectively.
- Strong client facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Leadership presence with the ability to motivate and direct field teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
