Your Role
The Enterprise Change Management team advances Blue Shield's mission to transform healthcare by catalyzing change and growing our change capability. In this role you will advise, coach and partner with leaders, HRBPs, and other stakeholders across the company to accelerate and amplify outcomes of their change initiatives.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a masters degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience (e.g. change management, organization development, learning and development, executive coaching, internal communications, program management)
- Requires fluency in a variety of change models & methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ACMP, AIM, Kotter, GE); formal certification preferred
- Requires experience in an internal or external Organizational Development or Change Management consulting role
- Requires ability to simplify complex initiatives into a compelling story that motivates and influences adoption of new ideas, behaviors and capabilities
- Requires analytics and measurement acumen, with an ability to leverage data to tell a story to drive action
