Blue Sea is seeking a dependable and compassionate Substitute Paraprofessional to support students in K–12 school settings. Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to your assigned student throughout the school day, helping them stay focused and engaged.
- Foster positive peer interactions and encourage appropriate social behavior.
- Assist the classroom teacher with implementing the student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).
- Offer consistent positive reinforcement and build a supportive, trusting relationship with the student.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience working with children or in educational settings preferred but not required — we provide guidance and support!
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
