Blue Sea Educational Consulting has an immediate need for Speech Language Pathologists to provide Direct Service, Coordination and Consultation casework services on Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk counties). Full time and part time options available!

Our multidisciplinary team includes CCC-SLPs, OTs, PTs, special educators, psychologists, social workers, and behavior specialists who work together to help students access the curriculum and reach meaningful educational goals. Speech-language pathologists at Blue Sea provide services across a range of school settings, serving diverse populations with needs including language disorders, articulation/phonology, AAC, executive functioning, and social communication.

Qualified candidates will be certified SLPs, with experience working in schools/with pediatrics, and live in Nassau or Suffolk County.
The successful candidate will work with a diverse population of children assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders. Our ideal Speech Language Pathologist will have a deep understanding of speech and language development, as well as the impact of disorders on personal and social interactions.
- Employ evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans to help clients improve their communication abilities, enhance their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals.
- Effective collaboration with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to therapy.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic techniques in the field.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- TSSLD
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) path to full certification
- Candidates must live in EASTERN QUEENS, SUFFOLK, OR NASSAU COUNTY
