Who You Are:
We are seeking a PhD-level Psychologist with at least five years of clinical and managerial experience to join our team as the Executive Director of Mental Health Services. This position is fully on-site at our Smithtown office (no remote or hybrid option).

Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing our BIS/Mental Health Department and requires a combination of strong clinical and managerial skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Program & Policy Development: Develop and implement strategies, objectives, and policies for the delivery of psychological and behavioral services in school-based and home settings for students with disabilities and their families.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as professional standards established by organizations such as the American Psychological Association.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee administrative operations and address challenges or conflicts in alignment with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are effective, ethical, data-driven, and responsive to the needs of partner school districts and the students they serve.
Required:
- PhD in Psychology or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical and managerial experience
