We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry. You will be responsible for implementing, developing, and/or defining standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. This will include developing testing programs, designing, and executing software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes prior to release. Key Focus: Manual Testing This role is primarily focused on manual testing. The successful candidate will be adept at thoroughly testing software through hands-on execution, observation, and analysis, without relying on automated scripts. Candidates with a primary background in QA automation will not be considered for this position.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Mortgage Lending Industry
- At least 1 year of experience in manual software testing
- Jira expertise
- Comfortable with Agile Project Management
- Understanding of SDLC
- Familiar with SQL
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a business related field preferred
- Experience in the Mortgage Lending sector required
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures from complex business requirements and specifications
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
- Develop strategies, methods, or procedures to determine product quality / release readiness
- Develop testing programs that address impacts to database, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability testing
- Investigate, document and report software defects
- Plan and develop strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates
