Dispensary Assistant Manager
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with all local and state regulations.
- Help manage and lead a budtender and support staff team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Provide excellent customer service, including product guidance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assisted with monitoring sales performance and contributed to strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Help ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including record-keeping, security, and reporting.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment for employees and customers, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Provide input on cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cannabis industry or a related retail environment.
- Solid knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods. - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to assist in coaching and developing staff.
- Understanding of local and state regulations governing the cannabis industry. - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
