Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled .NET Developer (Mid-Level) to support a federal customer in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will contribute to the development and sustainment of a large, mission-critical .NET application used in national security operations. Your work will directly enhance data integrity, system reliability, and user experience across a secure, high-availability environment.

What You’ll Do

As a .NET Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain complex C#/ASP.NET applications supporting national security systems

• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation across multiple data sources

• Design and implement user interfaces, reporting queries, and visualizations

• Build and enhance mobile and web-based application components

• Support end-to-end CI/CD processes

• Integrate data from multiple sources and address duplication or data quality concerns

• Utilize .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Entity Framework in daily development activities

• Develop both client-side and server-side application features

• Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles

• Contribute to the development of Web APIs

• Use GitLab for source control and versioning

• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges with precision and attention to detail

Schedule & Shift Details

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Onsite in Colorado Springs, CO

• Standard business hours; occasional flexibility may be required

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required

• Minimum 4 years of experience in C#/ASP.NET software development on complex technical systems

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Data analysis and reconciliation

  • Multi-source data integration and deduplication

  • Query development and reporting

  • User interface design and development

  • .NET Framework and .NET Core

  • SQL Server and Entity Framework

  • Visual Studio 2019

  • Client-side and server-side development

  • Object-oriented analysis and design

  • GitLab source control

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale federal IT programs

• Experience working within the SAFe Agile delivery framework

• Candidates based in Colorado are preferred
