Location: Washington, DC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid; remote with 12 days per week in office
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Change Management and Training Analyst to support training, knowledge development, and user adoption for a global supply chain system.
In this role, you will facilitate system training and develop clear, effective learning resources that help users understand and successfully navigate system capabilities. You will create a variety of training and knowledge materials, including traditional documentation, reference resources, and interactive tutorials using Adobe Captivate.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate training for users of a global supply chain system.
- Develop and maintain training, knowledge, and reference materials.
- Create clear, user-friendly paper-based training documentation.
- Design and develop interactive training tutorials using Adobe Captivate.
- Develop training content that improves user understanding, adoption, and effective use of system capabilities.
- Support the delivery and ongoing availability of training and knowledge resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Experience facilitating user or system training.
- Experience developing training and knowledge-management materials.
- Experience creating paper-based documentation and reference materials.
- Experience developing interactive tutorials using Adobe Captivate.
