Job Skills / Requirements

Job Title: Screen Printer  Location: Corydon, IN Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm 

Are you an experienced screen printer looking for your next opportunity in a team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Screen Printer with at least two years of hands-on experience in screen printing and heat press operations to join our production team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate screen printing, heat press, and embroidery equipment to fulfill job tickets.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure the proper use of materials and supplies.
• Support quality control efforts to meet product specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Accurately complete job tickets and other records.
• Meet production deadlines and established output rates.
• Perform light maintenance on equipment.
• Follow workplace rules, including breaks and confidentiality guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating screen printing equipment and heat presses.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
• Tolerance for working around dust, fumes, and chemical odors.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to read and follow job tickets accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a production environment.
