Training & IT Support Specialist
Full-Time Position
Employer: RBR Alliance, Inc.
Location: Georgetown, IN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This position is responsible for conducting employee training (both in-person and online) for RBR Alliance, Blue River Services, and Rauch, Inc. The role requires a mix of training delivery, technical troubleshooting, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions for employees across organizations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with audio, visual, switching, and control systems, providing effective solutions when unexpected problems arise.
- Provide post-training support to address questions, reinforce concepts, and ensure trainees are confident applying what they learned.
- Develop and present educational resources, including quick start guides, PowerPoints, and other instructional materials to enhance learning.
- Perform related IT duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Travel between facilities across Southern Indiana as needed.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with software systems required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interacting effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Ability to clearly present information, speak persuasively, and engage adult learners.
- Patience and motivational skills to encourage high levels of trainee performance.
- Skilled at collaborating with small groups both in person and online.
- Self-directed, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability when addressing unexpected issues.
- Experience with audio-visual systems and IT installation/integration preferred.
