Job Skills / Requirements
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, dependable team member to support daily operations while helping expand community opportunities for the individuals we serve.
Hours: First Shift, Monday-Friday 7:30-3:30
Location: Salem, IN
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage time sheets, packing slips, and daily work setup
- Serve as backup to the manager as needed
- Build relationships with community organizations and identify inclusive activities and resources
- Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteers
- Facilitate Consumer Council meetings to gather feedback and support program involvement
- Provide direct care in the Habilitation program and implement PCISP goals
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Experience in human services or community engagement preferred
