This position starts with a focus on working with walk-in clients and directing them to the appropriate areas of the business, as well as working closely with the sales team to inform customers of new and used equipment.
As the individual becomes more familiar with our business, demonstrates initiative, and takes on additional responsibilities, the role will grow in both scope and compensation. Daily activities include:
- Cashier services
- Answering phone calls
- Generate Purchase Orders for smallwares
- Forward information to appropriate internal department
- Researching equipment spec sheets to update equipment inventory on website
Great organization and accurate data entry skills are necessary for this position. Our Front Desk position will be a good match for a detail-oriented person who enjoys researching and engaging with the local food scene in a unique capacity.

We work closely with our clients, utilizing our own in-house CAD layout and design services, as well as working with general contractors, architects, and engineers for complete planning.
