The ideal candidate will be the first face a client sees and the first voice a client hears, in addition to providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals.

Please note that this is a long-term support position. While our firm supports professional development, advancement into new roles typically occurs over an extended period and is not immediate. • Maintaining legal records by copying, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintaining appearance and neatness of conference rooms and reception area.
  • Assisting attorneys and paralegal staff with office work between calls.
  • Data review and entry to maintain client information.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects.

Requirements

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
