COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 - $1,550 Gross
- Incentives: Up to $0.08 CPM extra for safety and performance
- Paid Orientation: $300 bonus upon successful completion
THE FLEET & LOGISTICS
- Trucks: Assigned 2022-2025 Freightliner & Kenworth tractors
- Freight: 100% No-Touch High efficiency (60% Drop & Hook)
- Home Time: 14 days out / 2 days home rotation
- Support: 24/7 dedicated dispatch and roadside assistance
PAID TRAINING FOR RECENT CDL GRADUATES
- 4-6 weeks of 1-on-1 mentorship with a professional trainer
- Full company funding during the training period
- Guaranteed weekly pay during training
