Pay & Compensation
- Projected Earnings: $1,500 weekly average ($78,000 yearly potential)
- $4,000 Transition Incentive: Structured payouts ($500 on your 1st run, $500 monthly for months 1 through 5, and a final $1,000 at month 6)
- Production Bonus: Grab up to an extra 3 CPM for meeting safety, mileage, and efficiency targets
- Accessorial Pay: Detention compensated at $12.50/hour (after hour 2); breakdown and layover events paid at $100/day
Home Time & Schedule
- Dispatch Rhythm: Out on the road for 10 days, followed by 2 full days of home time
- Availability: Weekend and holiday flexibility is required to maintain consistent network flow
- Origin Points: All dispatches and freight loads originate directly from the logistics centers in Navarre, OH and Pendleton, IN
Freight & Equipment
- Handling: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook transportzero driver unloading required
- Geography: Dedicated operating footprint spanning OH, MI, Western PA, Upstate NY (absolutely no NYC), VA, WV, KY, NC, IL, IN, and Lower WI
- Assigned Tractors: Late-model 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth models

Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience pulling a 40-foot trailer or larger
- License & Age: Active Class A CDL with a valid medical card; must be at least 21 years old
- Safety Background: Clean driving record with NO SAP program history or DUI convictions in the past 5 years
- Field Operations: Transitioning freight between regional hubs and designated stores, with safe parking mandatory at all delivery properties
