We're looking for experienced CDL-A drivers ready to run hard and get paid for every mile. Our OTR fleet operates across all 48 states with the bulk of freight moving east of I-35 — consistent lanes, quality equipment and a dispatch team that actually has your back. No mandatory NYC runs, ever.
WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE
- 12 days on the road, 2 full days at home — predictable and consistent
- Freight runs coast to coast, heaviest concentration east of I-35
- No forced dispatch into New York City or any of the five boroughs
- Loads are suggested based on your location, your wallet and your safety — you're not just a number
- Average driver puts up 2,000 miles a week
- Average haul length: 400 miles
- Every load is no-touch dry van — 50 to 60% drop and hook, 40 to 50% live unload
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths, clean and well maintained
- Someone always available on-site, day or night
$4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS — PAID OVER 6 MONTHS
- Day one, first load: $500 in your pocket
- Months 1 through 5: $500 each month
- Month 6: $1,000 to close it out
- Full $4,000 earned while you work, not held hostage
PAY & BONUSES
- $0.54 to $0.60 CPM — your experience sets your rate
- Weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 for most drivers
- Drivers in our top 30% take home $1,750 every week, running 2,300 to 3,000 miles
- Push your numbers further with up to 3 additional CPM in performance bonuses
- Detained at a shipper? You earn $12.50/hr starting at hour three
- Breakdown or layover: $100 per day, no hassle

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Class A CDL, 21 or older
- 3 months or more behind the wheel of a 40ft or longer tractor-trailer
- No DUI or DWI in the past 5 years
- Able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- SAP program drivers will not be considered
