CDL A Truck Driver 2,190 to 2,490/ Wk - Home Weekly

This is a dedicated Family Dollar account built for high-earning drivers who aren't afraid of a physical workload. If you prefer standard drop-and-hook freight where you never leave the cab, this route is not for you. But if you take pride in hard work and want to be compensated heavily for your effort, this is your slot.

• 100% Driver Unload: Floor-loaded freight. You will be unloading boxes using a roller system. The average trailer has around 3,000 cases with weights ranging from 1 to 20 lbs. Expect 3 to 4 hours of physical work per day.

• The 4th Trailer Option: The standard commitment is 3 trailers per week. However, for drivers looking to maximize their weekly check, we offer the opportunity to take on a 4th trailer. More effort equals more cash.

• Precision Backing: Multi-stop runs (2 to 6 stops per run). You will face tight backing situations daily. Our drivers do more backing in 24 hours than most OTR drivers do in a week.

• Running Area: IA, CO, IL, OK, AR, MO, LA, MS, KS, MI, WI, WY, ND, SD, NE, TN.

• The Rig: Late-model Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 (Automatics, sleeper trucks, NO slip seating, 53 ft dry van).

The Payout (Compensation): We pay top tier because you earn every single dollar on this route.

• Weekly Base Pay: $1,290 (6 days x $215/day)

• Trailer Unload Bonus: $300 per trailer.

• Standard Run (3 Trailers): $2,190/week ($113,880/yr average)

• MAX Hustle (4 Trailers): $2,490/week!

• Extras: Layover pay, breakdown pay, and safety bonuses to keep your check consistent.

Home Time & Perks:

Qualifications:

• 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 12 months (or 12 months in the past 3 years) running sleeper across at least 3 states.

• Max 2 preventable accidents & max 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.

• Clean record: No DUI in 10 years, clean Clearinghouse, and must pass DOT physical & urine drug screen.
