Route & Schedule Details
- Weekly Schedule: Out on Monday and back home every Saturday
- Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour weekend reset back home with your family
- The Freight: Dedicated auto parts consistently light, easy-pulling loads
- Where You Will Run: Steady regional lanes keeping you within 400 miles of home (OH, MI, IN, KY, and IL)
- Weekly Miles: Predictable and steady volume of 1,700 to 2,300 miles every single week
Pay & Financial Package
- Weekly Direct Deposit: $1,300 to $1,500 average gross weekly pay (Top 30% of our drivers make $1,700/wk)
- Pay per Mile: Strong starting rate of $0.56 to $0.64 CPM, based on your experience
- Paid Training Track: Recent CDL school grads get a steady $650 every Friday during the 4 weeks training phase, then jump immediately to full mileage pay
- Orientation Pay: $300 to get onboarded, with your hotel, travel, and meals 100% paid by us

What You Need to Drive With Us
- Hiring Zone: Must live within a 100-mile radius of Louisville, KY
- License & Age: Active Class A CDL, at least 21 years old, with a clean driving record (MVR)
- Experience: 6 months of solo tractor-trailer history OR be a recent accredited CDL school graduate
- Trainee Requirement: Must have a 120-hour minimum certificate from an approved truck driving school
- Screening: Must pass a standard pre-employment DOT drug test and physical
