Ready for your first driving job? Train with an experienced mentor, then move into your own truck on our Eastern Regional Fleet, running routes that get you home every other week.
Pay & Miles
- Guaranteed weekly pay during training
- $1,500 to $1,600/week once solo
- Top 20% earn $1,800 /week
- 2,800 miles/week
- Paid every Friday via direct deposit
Training Program
- 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer
- $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck
- Hands-on instruction on pre-trip inspections, backing, and logs
- Ride along and learn real routes before going solo
- Guaranteed weekly pay throughout training
- Immediate transition to full solo pay after successful completion

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Clean driving record
- Must meet DOT/FMCSA hiring requirements
New CDL-A holders are welcome, no experience needed, just the willingness to learn.
