Pay & Compensation
- Target Earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 average gross weekly (Top tier drivers bringing home $1,700/wk)
- Mileage Pay Scale: $0.56 to $0.64 CPM depending on verified background
- Trainee Weekly Pay: Students earn a steady $900 every Friday via direct deposit during training, switching to $0.56 CPM upon graduation
- Company Orientation: All lodging, food, and transit arranged and paid, plus $300 orientation compensation
Home Time & Schedule
- Time Off: Assigned weekend home time for a complete 34-hour restart
- Mileage Volume: Predictable and steady 1,700 to 2,300 miles every week
- Lanes Covered: Regional dispatching restricted to a 400-mile circle around home (operating through OH, IN, MI, KY, and IL)

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience Standard: 6 months of solo tractor-trailer experience OR a recent graduate from an approved CDL program

- Age & License: Minimum 21 years old with an active Class A CDL
