Job Overview & Operations
- Operational Radius: Regional freight runs stay within 400 miles of your home, crossing OH, IN, MI, KY, and IL
- Weekend Reset: Guaranteed home time every weekend for a full 34-hour rest period
- Weekly Production: Steady and predictable 1,700 to 2,300 road miles each week
- Zero Driver Handling: 100% no-touch dry van loads (70% drop-and-hook, 30% live)
Pay & Compensation
- Weekly Direct Deposit: $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross (Top 30% of our fleet hits $1,700/wk)
- Base Pay Scale: Generous $0.56 to $0.64 CPM based on your driving history
- Apprenticeship Pay: Trainees receive a guaranteed $900 every Friday during our 4-6 week program, moving to $0.56 CPM immediately upon completion
- Onboarding Bonus: $300 orientation pay with all travel, meals, and hotel accommodations fully covered

Job Requirements & Qualifications
