We are currently seeking professional CDL-A drivers for high-mileage OTR lanes across our regional network. If you have at least 3 months of SOLO experience, you can step into a 2021 truck with NO DRIVER-FACING CAMERAS and a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus. No forced NYC, no micromanagement.
Job Details:
- Mileage: Consistent lanes averaging 2,400 to 3,000 miles per week.
- Privacy First: NO Driver-Facing Cameras. We trust our professionals.
- Home Time: Flexible policy. We work with you to get you home when you need it.
- Freight: 100% No-Touch (50-60% Drop & Hook). NO forced NYC dispatch.
- Equipment: Modern 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
Pay & Benefits:
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.
- Mileage Pay: $0.56 - $0.60 CPM (Based on experience).
- Weekly Pay: Average $1,300 - $1,600 Top 20% earn $1,800 weekly.
- Performance: Up to 3 CPM extra bonus paid detention, layover, and breakdown.
- Full Coverage: Health, Dental, Vision & 401k with company match.
Requirements:
- License: Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
- Age: 21 years of age or older.
- Experience: 3 months of recent SOLO tractor-trailer time.
- Strict Policy: Training time with a trainer does NOT count toward experience.
- Records: No SAP No DUI in past 5 years.
