Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and upholstery cleaning.
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Clean windows and mirrors to ensure clear visibility.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all detailing work meets company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing process.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises as required for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial work or automotive detailing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning.
- Customer service experience is highly valued; ability to communicate effectively with clients is essential.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques, buffing equipment, and window tinting processes is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required; must be able to drive various types of vehicles safely.
