Director of Quality – PACE
About Blue Ridge Care
At Blue Ridge Care, we deliver extraordinary care to improve life’s journey. As a mission-driven, not-for-profit healthcare system, we provide integrated services in hospice, serious illness care, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), community thrift shops, and grief support—meeting patients and families with the compassion, expertise, and respect they deserve. Our goal is simple: to reimagine how communities experience aging, serious illness, and end-of-life care through personalized, high-quality services.
About The Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful, mission-driven Director of Quality to support Blue Ridge Independence at Home (PACE). This role is essential in ensuring our program remains compliant, safe, participant-centered, and continuously improving.
You will lead the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, guide audits and reporting, oversee grievances and appeals, and partner with leaders and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen quality outcomes across BRIH.
Your work will directly influence how our participants experience care—and how our teams continue to grow, learn, and excel.
At Blue Ridge Care, caring for our community begins with caring for you.
We offer a supportive work environment where your expertise and leadership are appreciated—because quality care starts with a quality team.
What we offer:
