About This Role
This position is based on demonstrated leadership, attitude, reliability, and commitment to the clinic’s success — not solely on credentials, tenure, or technical skill level. • Encourages teammates and helps maintain morale.
  • Willingly steps into any role needed to keep the day running smoothly.
  • Receives feedback openly and applies it constructively.

  • Supports a drama-free, collaborative workplace.
  • Represents the clinic positively to clients, vendors, and the community.
