Role Description
This is a Full-time, on-site role located in Hollywood, FL, for a Customer Service Representative. The key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process.
Qualifications
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proactive, punctual and reliable
• Bilingual
• Hight School Diploma
