Blue Rain Roofing & Restoration is growing throughout the Midwest, and we’re looking for a few high-level Property Solutions Advisors ready to compete, travel, make serious money and build something.

We’re looking for A-players — competitive, coachable, resourceful people who want more and are willing to work for it.

One of the best parts of this position is that you’re not necessarily stuck working one territory.

Blue Rain operates throughout the Midwest, and our reps have opportunities to travel between markets, work fresh storms, help other offices and go where the opportunity is.

Kansas City today. Wichita next. Springfield after that. A fresh storm hits somewhere else? Let’s go.

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

You’ll build your business through:

Door knocking and neighborhood prospecting

Storm opportunities

Networking and referral relationships

Social media

Call center and marketing data

Follow-up and existing opportunities

Company-generated leads when available

Traveling into other markets when opportunity is there

We don’t hire salespeople to sit around waiting for leads.

Our goal is to give you the tools and support to build a serious pipeline while you focus on becoming a great salesperson.

LET’S TALK MONEY

This is a 1099 performance-driven sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Company vehicles are performance-based. Most reps become eligible around their 60-day review, while exceptional performers may earn one sooner.

A committed first-year rep can realistically target $75,000 , and strong producers can earn 6 figures plus.

There’s no ceiling here.

But there’s also no shortcut.

THIS JOB WILL MAKE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE.

You’ll knock doors.

You’ll hear no.

You’ll climb roofs.

You’ll work long days.

You’ll have to follow up when you’d rather go home.

And when a major storm creates an opportunity a few hours away, we want people who get excited about going after it.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You don’t have to come from roofing.
• We’ve found that attitude, discipline and personality can matter more than what’s on a résumé.

You must have:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to start
• Reliable laptop
• Ability and willingness to safely climb ladders and work at heights
• Willingness to prospect and knock doors
• Ability to travel throughout our Midwest markets when needed
