Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Associate for our Antioch Rd location who brings energy to the sales floor and builds real relationships with customers. We're seeing growing demand from Spanish-speaking customers at this store, so bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
This role is responsible for:
- Driving individual sales performance on devices, accessories, and activations
- Delivering excellent, consistent customer service
- Supporting store cleanliness and organization
- Following up on leads and upgrade-eligible customers

Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance
- Meet or exceed individual monthly sales goals for devices, accessories, and activations
- Actively upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-ons
- Follow up on leads and upgrade opportunities from POS reports
Customer Service
- Greet and assist every customer with a positive, helpful attitude
- Clearly explain plans, devices, and pricing
- Handle basic customer concerns professionally, escalating to management when needed
Store Support
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with basic phone setup, troubleshooting, and repair intake as needed
- Follow POS and inventory procedures accurately
Qualifications
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred — wireless experience a plus, but not required; we'll train the right person
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred — this location is seeing an increasing number of Spanish-speaking customers
- Comfortable with sales goals and commission-based pay
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
- Friendly, outgoing, and coachable
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly base pay commission on device and accessory sales
