Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Tennessee
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Local anesthesia certification
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Experience with Open Dental preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Assess oral health and document findings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist in developing treatment plans
- Administer local anesthesia in accordance with Tennessee licensure regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed
- Support a welcoming and professional office environment
