We are looking for a reliable and motivated Key Holder to join our team! This position is ideal for someone with leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Open and/or close the wash location as scheduled
- Assist with daily operations, ensuring the site runs smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Support team members with training and guidance
- Monitor chemical and supply levels, reporting shortages as needed
- Perform light maintenance and keep the site clean and safe
- Handle cash register duties and basic reporting when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience at car wash in customer service or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Must be 18 years or older
