Express Car Wash Attendant

Position Summary
The Express Car Wash Attendant ensures customers receive a fast, friendly, and clean car wash experience. This team member is responsible for greeting customers, guiding vehicles safely onto the conveyor, monitoring equipment, maintaining a clean facility, and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a positive attitude and answer basic service or membership questions.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and ensure proper alignment with the conveyor.
• Monitor wash quality and tunnel operations, quickly addressing any issues.
• Perform basic equipment checks and light maintenance (hoses, vacuums, trash, chemical levels).
• Keep the property—including vacuum bays and parking lot—clean and inviting.
• Promote wash plans, monthly memberships, and special promotions.
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report hazards or mechanical concerns.
• Support teammates and management with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs during shifts.
• Prior car wash or customer service experience a plus, but not required—training provided.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Fast-paced, outdoor setting with frequent interaction with vehicles and customers.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and some evenings.
