Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center of Deland is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team (Saturday & Sunday). As the first point of contact for visitors, the Receptionist will provide a warm welcome and create a positive first impression for our organization. In addition to answering incoming phone calls and directing visitors, the Receptionist will also provide general administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate party
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday.
