Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab in Daytona Beach, Florida. As a vital part of our front-line staff, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

About the Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting patients, families, and visitors and directing them to their destinations
• Answering and responding to phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
• Managing and processing patient records and billing information
• Providing administrative support to our nursing and rehabilitation teams
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, including answering and responding to requests from internal and external stakeholders
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field a plus
