This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

You will work collaboratively with a team of skilled HR specialists to address and resolve general HR inquiries for the entire Blue Origin organization using our case management system. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- As part of a diverse and hardworking group of Human Resource (HR) specialists, you will triage and respond to general inquiries from the entire Blue Origin population utilizing our case management tool, triage cases to the correct owners, provide customer support for employees and members of HR, and investigate inquiries.
- A typical day will include supporting a multitude of varied activities such as ticketing, onboarding facilitation, analytics evaluation, and special projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in HR or customer support in corporate service center.
- Proven experience in handling HR general inquiries effectively.
- Experience working with confidential records and/or materials.
- Hands-on experience with case management tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Proficiency in using Workday as an HRIS.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

- Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
- Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
