Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships through financial discovery conversations and needs-based planning.
• Assist in delivering personalized financial strategies, including investment management, retirement planning, insurance solutions, and fee-based financial planning services, with support from our in-house Financial Planning Team**.
• Participate in ongoing client reviews to help ensure financial strategies remain aligned with evolving goals and market conditions.
• Support clients throughout the onboarding process, including account establishment, servicing, and required documentation.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries related to account activity, financial planning, and service needs.
• Collaborate with investment, insurance, and planning specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory updates to support informed client guidance.
• Contribute to business growth through networking, referrals, community involvement, and strategic prospecting efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated interest in financial services, wealth management, sales, or business development.
