The Opportunity
We are hiring a high-potential Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants more than just a prospecting role. This position is designed as a launching pad into a long-term career in executive search, business development, and healthcare leadership advisory.
The right individual will:

What You’ll Do
Market Development & Outreach
- Identify and engage healthcare executives across Pharma specialty pharmacies, digital health, and healthcare services
- Conduct strategic outbound outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Initiate high-level conversations with decision-makers
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for firm leadership
Talent Market Intelligence
- Map executive talent in niche healthcare sectors
- Track leadership movements and market shifts
- Build candidate pipelines for active and future searches
- Maintain detailed CRM records and market research insights
Relationship Development
- Serve as a first point of contact for prospective clients and executive candidates
- Build credibility with senior healthcare leaders
- Learn consultative conversation frameworks used in executive search
Strategic Support
- Assist with search launches, research projects, and leadership mapping
- Contribute to business development campaigns
- Support thought leadership initiatives and market positioning
