Lawn Crew Member – $500 SIGN-ON BONUS
Blue Oasis Lawn & Snow is hiring dependable, hardworking Lawn Crew Members to join our team.
$500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, and are willing to learn. Professional lawn care experience is helpful, but it is not required. If you have a good attitude and a strong work ethic, we can teach you the rest.
Job Duties
- Residential and commercial lawn mowing
- Operating zero-turn mowers and other lawn equipment
- Weed trimming and blowing off properties
- Fall and spring cleanups
- Landscaping and property maintenance
- Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Other outdoor work as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable attendance is a MUST
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Able to work efficiently as part of a crew
- Takes pride in doing the job correctly
- Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but we’ll consider applicants without professional experience
$500 Sign-On Bonus
New hires are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus after meeting the company’s required employment and attendance period. Bonus eligibility and payment terms will be provided at hire.
